This is why I think charisma is the #1 attribute we should look for....


We can go out and get the best X's and O's guy alive, but if he can't convince the Jimmy's and Joe's to come play for him, then we won't be improving anytime soon. We need a guy who kids are naturally attracted to, and can sell a program. Then get him the best X's and O's coordinators we can afford.
